1/ Not committing any violation that requires a warning or punishment from the disciplinary committee at the college or university level .
2/ Not exceeding the regular period for graduation according to the study plan.
3/ Not obtaining a grade less than (B) in one of the courses in the academic year in which the award is awarded.
4/ Successfully complete a total of (48) credit hours from the college’s study plan.
5/ The competition will be based on the cumulative average in the new academic year, and if the students are equal, the number of hours passed in the two semesters for the academic year will be considered for their nomination for the award.
If the students are equal, the total grades for the courses passed in the two semesters for the academic year of nomination are considered.
